If you send a personalized email with the name of the person you are sending the email to, he/she will feel personally related to your promotional offer and will benefit you more. Make sure that you address the person rightly. Attach titles such as Mr. Ms. or Mrs. Also make sure that you get the name spellings right. Sometimes though it can be a feasible option to send generalized email.This can happen only when you have a random address list and you do not know the names of the recipients!
* Do not send large attachments with email. If you send large attachments with email, the recipients are not going to open it. It is better to have small attachments if attachments are required. If you send only text as an email, you have to make sure that you have used the right content!
* Do not make your address list visible. Always add your recipients in the BCC option. Do not reveal your address list. You can add your own email address in the visible option.
To get traffic you need to implement various kinds of strategies but most importantly you need to avoid making mistakes.
